Deliveries will be sent from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. All our deliveries will typically arrive next day for in-stock items. For the more remote areas delivery may take longer. For advice on delivery times for your area please contact us on 01384 231051.
If an item needs to be returned please contact us on 01384 231051. On return you will be issued with a reference number which must be used in all correspondence during this process. Dependent on size, small items will need to be returned via a signed for service or for the larger items, we will arrange for one of our couriers to collect the goods from you and return it to our warehouse.
Please note: Carriage charges are non-refundable and it is your own responsibility to ensure the goods are suitably packaged for transport.
Items Damaged in Transit:
Prior to signing for the goods, the customer should check for any visible/non visible damage. If the items are damaged in anyway, please contact our office on 01384231051.
If any items are damaged in transit you must report it to us within 24 hours so that we can register the claim with the relevant transport company.
Items Faulty on Arrival:
If your item is faulty on arrival could you try to inform us of this within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once the items have been returned or collected to SNP Food Machinery Ltd. The item will be repaired, if this is not possible we will offer a replacement and if neither of these options are viable we will offer a refund.
